• Each of our nine guest rooms have two
queen size beds equipped with luxurious
memory foam* mattress toppers for the
most comfortable night's sleep, large private
bath, air conditioning, iron, ironing board, hair
dryer, cable TV, DVD/VCR, microwave, mini
refrigerator, telephone, table & two chairs.
• There are two entrances in each room - a
front door and rear sliding glass doors that
lead to a lounging deck.

Private Suite - There is one private suite with living room (with queen size pull-out couch),
dining area, kitchenette (with refrigerator, toaster oven, and microwave), bedroom with queen
size bed (equipped with luxurious memory foam*), two cable TVs, DVD/VCR, iron, ironing
board, hair dryer and large bath.

Policies:

Deposits: All reservations are secured with a credit card. Reservations require a deposit of one night's stay
for a 1-3 night reservation, or a deposit of two night's stay on a 4 or more night reservation. Credit card deposits will be processed at the time of the reservation. Final payment
may be made by credit card or cash.
• Cancellations: When notice of a cancellation is provided more than 14 days in advance of
the arrival date,
a full refund will be made, less a $25 cancellation fee. When notice of a cancellation is provided less than 14 days from the arrival date,
guests will be billed for the entire reservation period unless the room is rerented. If the room is rerented, then a $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the card and the deposit will be
refunded. No-shows will be considered a cancellation. If you decide to shorten your stay while at The Meadowlark Inn, you will still be charged for the
full reserved period.
• Arrivals: Check-in time is between 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm. Earlier or later check-in times may
be available by prior arrangement.
• Departure: Guests are requested to check out of their rooms by 11:00 am.
• No Smoking: There is a no smoking policy in all of our rooms.
• Children: Welcome!
